The National Science Foundation (NSF) provides PDF's of the original Survey of Doctorate Recipients, (SDR), National Survey of College Graduates (NSCG), and National Survey of Recent College Graduates (NSRCG) questionnaire forms, as well as detailed codebooks that correspond to the public use files for SESTAT, SDR, NSCG, and NSRCG. * = In 2003, 2010, and 2013, different versions of the NSCG were given to respondents depending on whether they were in a returning cohort or a new cohort. The survey PDF's labeled as v1 were given to the new cohort, while the surveys labeled as v2 were given to the old cohort.
