Description

If a respondent had attended a work-related workshop, seminar, or training, WTROPPS indicates whether or not the respondent attended the training in order to increase opportunities for advancement in the respondent's current position. Other variables related to the reason for attending a training include WTRADV, WTRCHG, WTRCHOC, WTREM, WTRLIC, WTRNEW, WTROT, WTRPERS, and WTRSKL.
