If a respondent had attended a work-related workshop, seminar, or training, WTRNEW indicates whether or not the respondent attended the training in order to gain skills or knowledge for a recently acquired job. Other variables related to the reason for attending a training include WTRADV, WTRCHG, WTRCHOC, WTREM, WTRLIC, WTROPPS, WTROT, WTRPERS, and WTRSKL.
