Description
If a respondent had attended a work-related workshop, seminar, or training, WTRCHG indicates whether or not the respondent's reason for attending the training was to facilitate an occupation change. Other variables related to the reason for attending a training include WTRADV, WTRCHOC, WTREM, WTRLIC, WTRNEW, WTROPPS, WTROT, WTRPERS, and WTRSKL.
