Description

SATSOC indicates whether or not the respondent is satisfied with his/her principal job's contribution to society. SATSOC is part of a series of questions that measures the respondent's satisfaction with certain aspects of his/her principal job. The other variables include SATADV, SATBEN, SATCHAL, SATIND, SATLOC, SATRESP, SATSAL, and SATSEC.
