Description

SATRESP indicates whether or not the respondent is satisfied with his/her principal job's level of responsibility. SATRESP is part of a series of questions that measures the respondent's satisfaction with certain aspects of his/her principal job. The other variables include SATADV, SATBEN, SATCHAL, SATIND, SATLOC, SATSAL, SATSEC, and SATSOC.
