AFFMNG indicates whether a respondent thought receiving his/her doctorate degree caused a change to the level management activities expected of them in the job they held both before and during the completion of the doctorate. Related variables include AFFLEL, AFFOTH, AFFREW, AFFSEC, AFFTECH, and AFSAL.
