Description

AFFLEL indicates whether a respondent thought receiving his/her doctorate degree caused a change to the level of responsibility given to them in the job they held both before and during the completion of the doctorate. Related variables include AFFMNG, AFFOTH, AFFREW, AFFSEC, AFFTECH, and AFSAL.
