Description
If a respondent had attended a work-related training, WTOT indicates whether the respondent had attended a training that focused on a different topic than management, general professional, or technical training in the respondent's occupational field (which were the only survey responses). Other variables indicating the type of training a respondent might have taken include WTAPRF, WTMGT, and WTTECH.
