Description
WATEA indicates whether or not the respondent spent at least ten percent of time in his/her principal job teaching during a typical work week. Other variables regarding work activities include WAACC, WAAPRSH, WABRSH, WACOM, WADEV, WADSN, WAEMRL, WAMGMT, WAOT, WAPROD, WAQM, WASALE, and WASVC.
WATEA differs from a similar variable ACTTCH in that WATEA is the original response, whereas ACTTCH is an NSF recode using the same question as WATEA.
